Suitable for any size events our PCI Compliant online platform prevents over booking and clearly indicates availability at all selected hotels in real time, allowing guests to make their own selection at prices agreed within a guaranteed allocation.
With the ability to embed the platform into any website, Bookinglogix truly enhances client service levels by providing a bespoke solution to fully meet their hotel needs.
We are committed to offering destinations a secure, viable and cost effective method of increasing delegate bookings without additional costs or commitment as we have found that increasingly these are potential client prerequisites.
We have also added a “Packages” module to allow for delegate retention in the area by offering attractions, transport etc at no extra cost.
Our approach to charging is as flexible as the design of our software itself.
The platform is available as 2 options:
• Fully serviced - we provide the entire service including hotel and allocation liaison, building a white label client website, telephone and “live chat” support and secure online booking management. We charge a standard rate of commission to hotel partners on the net income and rebate an agreed commission back to you as our partner.
• Self Service - we provide you with a link to a dedicated secure online booking platform wholly owned, supported and maintained by us. You carry out all requests for allocations to hotel, guest bookings and any other management functions. For this we ask you to rebate a % back to us of all commissions earned on completed bookings. Alternatively we are happy to discuss a cost per transaction charge if you are booking a large number of hotel rooms .There are no other rental, franchise or user charges.
