Up to 10 individual bedrooms can be booked using the same credit card to secure the reservation or for larger groups there is an online group booking form available to open from a link.

Real Time progress

All bookings generate a copy of the request to the hotel, guest & admin followed by a direct confirmation including links to amend their booking. Guests can extend their stay, amend an existing booking using a password, cancel a night, room or complete stay.

All available on a dedicated event website, providing for one easy to access location.
